Nick Diede is the owner of HomeTeam Inspection Service of Northern Colorado and a Certified Master Inspector dedicated to delivering thorough, reliable inspections you can trust.

With over 20 years of service in the U.S. Army, including tours in Iraq, Nick brings discipline, attention to detail, and a strong sense of integrity to every inspection. After his military career, he worked with a military contractor at Fort Carson, managing warehouse operations and materials for buildings across the base—giving him hands-on experience with building components, systems, and logistics.

Nick holds a master’s degree from the University of Colorado and is licensed in Colorado to perform radon testing. He is also certified in sewer scope inspections and mold testing, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of a home’s condition.

Outside of inspections, Nick remains active in the community as a high school and college wrestling official and serves as the President of his neighborhood HOA. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and life at home with their two dogs Shelby and Paisley.

Stephanie Diede manages client communication and scheduling for HomeTeam Inspection Service of Northern Colorado, making sure every step of the inspection process is clear, organized, and stress-free.

With a strong background in real estate, Stephanie understands how important timelines and communication are during a transaction. She works directly with clients and agents to coordinate inspections, answer questions, and keep everything moving smoothly.

Stephanie also serves as Membership Director for the Women’s Council of Realtors Northern Colorado, staying actively connected within the local real estate community.

She takes pride in building relationships and being a reliable point of contact from the first call to the final report. Her goal is to make sure every client feels informed, supported, and taken care of throughout the process.

Outside of work, Stephanie and her husband Nick enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with their two Pomchis, Shelby and Paisley.
