Dave and Eve have been in the inspection industry for 10+ years with over 7,000 inspections. Dave has a degree in electronics and computers and prior experience in logistics, quality control, robotics engineering, and product development. Eve has a degree in business administration and marketing. They have been passionate about home inspection since they bought their first home in 2004 without an inspection and spent 10s of thousands. Now they share their 10+ years of knowledge to prepare buyers, sellers, and real estate communities to make an informed decision on their home or property.

Dave is a sponsor inspector and holds home, mold, pest licenses. Eve also has a certified pool operator’s license. With a licensed team of inspectors in the state of Texas, Dave and Eve have lived in the Humble, TX area since 2014. They have been awarded Entrepreneur of the Year from the Women’s Council of Realtors.
