How HomeTeam Can Help Little Rock Homes

Roof and Storm Damage

Central Arkansas's severe thunderstorms and hail can damage shingles and flashing; inspectors examine the roof surface and attic for leaks and wear.

Foundation Movement

Expansive clay soils common in the region can shift and crack foundations; inspectors check for settlement, wall cracks, and uneven floors.

Moisture and Mold

High summer humidity promotes moisture intrusion; inspectors look for water staining, poor drainage, and mold in crawl spaces and attics.

Aging Electrical Systems

Older Little Rock homes may have outdated panels or wiring; inspectors verify the electrical system meets safe, current standards.

HVAC Strain

Long, hot Arkansas summers put heavy load on cooling systems; inspectors test HVAC performance and check the age and condition of equipment.

Plumbing and Drainage

Aging supply and drain lines can leak or corrode; inspectors run fixtures and check for leaks, water pressure, and proper drainage.

Little Rock’s mix of older established neighborhoods and newer suburban construction, combined with Arkansas’s hot, humid summers and periodic severe storms, creates specific inspection priorities. Our inspectors know what to look for in these conditions.
