Rex came to Alaska in the 80’s with the United State Air Force serving six years. He studied electrical engineering in college and has been a resident of Alaska ever since.

Rex is the current President for the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Alaska Chapter. Rex has been inspecting homes for over 11 years under home inspector license #184. He is very actively involved in the home inspection community, teaches continuing education courses for Real Estate Agents.

Rex was the supervising automotive/plant engineer for UPS for Alaska for 15 years where he gained his commercial inspection experience. Rex was a licensed residential contractor for 12 years with a strong background in electrical and is able to put this leadership experience and working knowledge to use in HomeTeam Inspection Services.

Rex takes considerable pride in his employees and company, and diligently strives to provide you with the highest quality home inspection that will give you all the information needed to make an informed, educated decision on the purchase of your home we also conduct radon and mold testing.

Jacob Cotter has been performing certified, professional home inspections since 2014. Jacob has a strong background working in residential electrical, lighting and over 8 years’ experience in construction. His experience is brought to every inspection to both educate and help the client make informed decisions.

A member of American Society of Home Inspectors, (ASHI), in Alaska. With over 9 years’ experience as a home inspector, Jacob works hard and is committed to excellence in every aspect of the home inspection business. Jacob will happily answer any questions during the inspection.

When not inspecting homes, Jacob and his wife enjoy the outdoors with their family.

Bob Percey started in Georgia doing professional home inspections and in 2018 started with HomeTeam Inspection Services. A member of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Alaska and International Association (InterNACHI).

Bob’s additional 14 years of experience in Property Management and Development has enabled him to develop his analytical skills to a level that assists him in the home inspection industry. Valuable insight into customer care and satisfaction, along with his high level of communication skills is a definite asset in this field.

When not inspecting homes, Bob and his wife Cindy enjoys Bowling, fishing, camping and enjoying the outdoors with their family.
